Automatic Gearbox Servicing – Feckenham

PMR provides Porsche PDK transmission servicing using model-specific service packages appropriate to the vehicle and transmission fitted.

Depending on the Porsche model and service requirement, PDK servicing can include replacement of the appropriate transmission fluids, filters and associated service items. Rather than applying a generic mileage interval to every Porsche, we determine the correct service requirements for the particular model and transmission.

PDK servicing is also very different from diagnosing a transmission fault. If your Porsche has warning messages, poor or abnormal shifting, delayed engagement or other transmission problems, changing the oil should not simply be assumed to be the cure.

PMR has extensive experience diagnosing and repairing Porsche PDK transmissions using Porsche PIWIS 4 alongside electrical and mechanical testing. Our in-house PDK work includes internal repairs such as transmission distance-sensor replacement and replacement of internal oil seals where failure can allow the separate transmission oils to mix.

For transmission faults or abnormal operation, find out more about our Porsche Diagnostics & Fault Finding service.

If you’re unsure when your Porsche PDK transmission is due for servicing, or whether the problem you’re experiencing requires servicing or diagnosis, contact PMR and we’ll advise you on the appropriate next step.

PMR Independent Porsche Specialist is proud to be a member of both the IMI and the IGA. We are also part of the IGA’s Trust My Garage scheme, and it is through constant development and training, and a commitment to quality workmanship and service that we maintain our status as a highly regarded independent Porsche vehicle specialist garage.
