How often should I have my car air-conditioning serviced?

At PMR, we would recommend a re-gas roughly every 2 years to make sure that your air conditioning not only keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter but importantly, is able to effectively demist the windows and keep the windscreen clear so that your visibility is not affected. PMR can re-gas Porsche air conditioning systems that use R134A gas.

At the same time as re-gassing the air conditioning system, we’d recommend using a treatment to remove the bacteria that build up in the system over time and can cause nasty odours. The treatment cleans the air-conditioning system which will get rid of any smells and will vastly improve the quality of the air in your car.
